Shipping Policy
Please Read Shipping Policy Below carefully. This applies to all Orders you place.
How fast will orders be shipped out?
Orders will process as they come in, we reserve a minimum of 1-2 business days to process and 1-3 to ship out. In most cases we will process same day and ship out within no more than 3 business days, but this will be subject to order volume and may be longer at any time. (Emergencies, holidays, personal comittments.) We will update policy as needed and communicate as early as possible in the event of any of these abnormal circumstances.
Free Shipping
We currently will offer free shipping for figure and accessory orders over $75.00 USD. This may be revised in the future or discontinued at any point, announcements will be made in advance. Orders with any sets will not qualify and be subject to shipping rates based on weight & set sizes. If the order includes figures, they will be combined but free shipping not apply as it will default to the needs for the set. Figures etc will be protected apart from the set while being packed in the box with set(s).
Shipping Rates and Services
We offer a variety of shipping rates and services
Standard shipping will take 1-3 Business Days after processing & Carrier Hand-off.
Rate of $5.50; Free After Subtotal Threshold Outlined above.
Express Shipping in 1-2 Business Days after processing & Carrier Hand-off.
Rate is $8.00-10.00 based on package weight.
If you desire 1 day / overnight or other premium services, they will start at a $15.00 minimum and be assessed based on the market rates, package size, and / or your customer location. We would ask that you email this request to toschecustoms@gmail.com so we can assist you with this.
Orders with sets will be based on size and weight.
The smallest items will start at $8.00 but average $10-15.00. This will be with USPS Ground or UPS Ground. You will have to pay for Express or other Premium Service to receive in 1-2 Business Days or less, please look at our shipping charges in your cart or email us as to know what to expect with sets involved.
If you select an expedited shipping option, we may follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently will not be offering international shipping to start, we will be exploring partners in other international territories or exploring our options to facilitate international customers.
ITEMS RETURNED TO US FOR INVALID / INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS
You are responsible for ensuring the address you enter when you place your order. If an order is sent back to us because of an address issue we cannot refund the shipping cost even if your order qualified for free shipping. We cannot change an address after an order has shipped. In the event of this incorrect address occuring and your order returned to us, we will either refund the order minus shipping costs or we can resend the order but at your additional cost for shipping it again.
